PARTNERING TOGETHER ON OUR JOURNEY TO NET ZERO

Controlled Lift Shaft Ventilation

AL's Controlled Lift Shaft Ventilation system significantly reduces energy loss from lifts which typically occur during it's normal day to day activity.

SUITABLE FOR NEW OR EXISTING Lifts

Simple installation, with very little maintenance costs. Completely independent from the controller manufacturer, and no interference with existing electronics.

SIGNIFICANT ENERGY SAVINGS YEAR ON YEAR

Practically any lift is suitable, contact us to review the excellent ROI opportunities. Reliable smoke detection and demand-controlled ventilation.

PATENTED TECHNOLOGY

Fail-safe, state-of-the-art technology that also improves comfort and safety for passengers. Reduction of humidity, odours and cold draughts.

What Does It Do?

An opening in the lift shaft is required for safe smoke discharge, pressure levels and ventilation due to heat dissipation. However, if this remains permanently open, considerable heat and money spent on heating and cooling the building are lost.

Our optimised shaft ventilation solution combines energy efficiency and safety in one intelligent system.

As well as significantly reducing your energy costs you also assist your Net Zero targets.
