Our Repairs Department take antiquated lifts and bring them up to current lifting technology and improvement in line with EN81 80.

Our Repairs Department have their own team of Project Managers, Technicians and Engineers to carry out those larger repairs, such as car relines, control panel, door operators, machine, hydraulic pumping units (valve blocks) replacements and, re-roping those essential upgrades.

Our Repairs Department offer a wide range of services to keep your lift running. When a lift suffers a failure to any components, we strive to offer the quickest turnaround to get it back up and running.

All of our engineers carry a variety of replacement parts so that we are able to offer a reliable, reactive callout service. Should any lifts under a maintenance contract require a non-contractual repair or part, our in-house Repairs Department will send you a detailed report on the issue and their proposed solution, and only on your approval carry out the specified works.

Risk Assessments (under PUWER 1998), Insurance Reports and general day to day maintenance visits will help us give you the best advice and recommendations.

Our planned and reactive repairs service offers our clients reliable and long term solutions that guarantee lift availability.

Our well equipped reactive engineers are able to meet targeted rapid response times and provide Right First Time Fixes. With the added benefit of tracker technology, well stocked vehicles and vast supply chain, our lift availability rates are to be desired.

When additional or non-van-stock parts are required, we have a network of trusted suppliers who can supply us with what we need the same day or via an express / overnight delivery service in most cases. At every stage of the repair, our Live Response Team will keep you up-to-date with our progress until the works have been fully completed.

Our reactive engineers and Senior management are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our planned repairs service is provided with the user in mind. We cater this service and our programme of works to the type of environment we are in, whether this be specified working hours, days and holidays. Minimising disruption but providing our IMPACT is our goal.
